Hi-Fi Hymn Book has applied to be registered as a charity in Canada, and is currently waiting for approval for that designation. Our mandate is to provide high quality digital piano and pipe organ recordings of Christian hymns at no cost.
We're hoping for support from all of the major Christian denominations in Canada to make this an ecumenical project involving the Anglican, Baptist, Lutheran, Mennonite, Presbyterian, Roman Catholic and United churches.
As of 2009, free downloads will be made available to all churches in Canada as well as anyone who appreciates great Christian hymns. As funding allows, we will also be supplying music to countries in the third world where it may be impossible to afford to pay for musicians or instruments.
